Hi, I am Analisa. I have been a hairstylist since 1992, and it's hard to believe that I have been in the beauty industry as long as I have. Many trends have come and gone during my career......some have come back......and thankfully, some have staying in the past. At this point in my career the art of being a hairstylist has definitely become second nature to me. I love the salon environment, and always will. Learning new things is important to me, and I still always strive to stay up to date and perfect my craft. As a hairstylist, I respect everyone as an individual, and I work with my clients based on their specific needs, abilities, lifestyles, and personalities. I utilize my technical and communication skills, as well as a sense of humor, to guide my clients in achieving their perfect cut or color in a creative, and truthful manner. I can be as conservative, or as adventurous as my client desires, and I also excel at cutting very hard to cut hair.
Yet, as much as I love this industry I am a total science nerd, so......I went back tot school, and I am currently working towards my B.S. in biology at Central State University. A beneficial side effect of all this education is that I now have the ability to understand some of the science behind haircare....and it is way more complex, and way cooler than I would have ever imagined. My personal life is currently filled up by the work load a science degree requires, but in my down time I enjoy time with my family, hiking, gardening, traveling, and beach time.
When you've worked in the beauty industry this long, it becomes a part of you. Your coworkers also become family, and your clients become good friends. I have been so blessed to have worked with so many great people over the years. Cindy creates a clean, welcoming, team-based environment that is focused on education, professional growth, and client satisfaction. We have worked together for over 20 years, and I am proud to still be a part of her team.
