Please be on time  your reservation to ensure the best results from your esthetician.  Being more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling your reservation or forgoing part of your treatment.

Reserved appointments require a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling.  Failure to notify before 24 hours of cancellation or reschedule will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service that was booked and will need to be paid prior to scheduling another reservation.

Please understand that when you cancel a reservation without adequate notice the esthetician loses the opportunity to fill that spot with another guest resulting in both loss of time and income.

 

Confirmations are sent out, in many cases, 2 days before and 2 hours before your scheduled reervation.

No call/No show reservations will result in a fee of 100% of the missed service total.

I understand that emergencies in life happen.  With those rare occasions, we will handle each on a case by case basis.
