
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Please be on time for your reservation to ensure the best results from your service provider. Being late may result in rescheduling your reservation or forgoing part of your treatment.
Reserved appointments require a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to notify before 24 hours of cancellation or reschedule will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service that was booked and will need to be paid prior to scheduling another reservation.
No call/no show appointments will result in a fee of 100% of the service that was scheduled and will need to be paid prior to rescheduling.

Confirmations are sent out 3 days before and 1 day before your scheduled reservation.
We strive to offer the best customer service and experience for all our clients. Your appointment time is reserved just for you, so late cancellations and no shows dramatically impact our staff and other clients. Clients can cancel their through our online booking system up to 3 days ahead, email or call us directly.
Environment and Safety Policy
Our clients safety and the atmosphere we provide for our services is our top priority. Children are only permitted in the salon when receiving a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes no child may accompany you while receiving a service. Unfortunately we do not have the space or capabilities to provide care for young children while services are being provided. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests.

In order to continue to maintain the relaxing salon environment we ask that all cell phones be placed on silent, we ask that phone conversations be kept to a minimum and be respectful to those around you. Speaker phone or audible sounds are not permitted. Please wear airpods or headphones.
